新疆雅克拉炭黑有限責任公司地處庫車縣雅克拉油氣田基地，距離縣城63公里。公司成立于2002年4月23日，前身是成立于1995年的原國有企業(yè)—新疆塔北炭黑有限責任公司，經(jīng)過改制和多年擴建，現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成集炭黑生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)、尾氣發(fā)電、道路運輸和進出口業(yè)務為一體的化工企業(yè)，是庫車縣唯一一家外商獨資企業(yè)。
公司現(xiàn)有職工150人，其中各類工程技術人員占職工人數(shù)的60℅以上,擁有固定資產(chǎn)壹億捌仟萬元，包括十條先進的天然氣炭黑生產(chǎn)線、一個2×20t/h+2×3000kw/h尾氣發(fā)電廠、1座先進的物理化學分析室，年產(chǎn)值超2.0億元，利稅在3000萬以上。
公司始終立足于科技創(chuàng)新，多年來與中國炭黑橡膠研究院等科研院所建立了良好的產(chǎn)學研合作關系，與廈門大學化工學院建立了“聯(lián)合研發(fā)實驗室”，從而為公司的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和技術創(chuàng)新，起到了巨大的推動作用。當前公司可生產(chǎn)天然氣半補強炭黑、天然氣超純炭黑、C34炭黑、C3407炭黑、N770專用炭黑、N990熱裂法炭黑，能夠滿足不同客戶的需求。公司年產(chǎn)天然氣炭黑叁萬多噸，產(chǎn)品銷售遍布大江南北，質量技術水平處于同行業(yè)先進水平， 曾榮獲“全國質量信譽保障產(chǎn)品”、“新疆自治區(qū)新產(chǎn)品”等榮譽稱號。

Xinjiang Yakela Carbon Black Co., Ltd. is located in the Yakela Oil and Gas Field Base in Kuqa County, 63 kilometers away from the county.
